The LudgerSep uR2 2.1x50mm UHPLC column has been developed for the analysis of monosaccharides labeled with 2-aminobenzoic acid (2-AA) using UHPLC.

8 minute 2-AA fluorescence chromatogram of monosaccharides glucosamine, galactosamine, galactose, mannose, xylose, and fucose.

Particles: 1.9 μm silica derivatized with octadecylsiliane coating. 175 Angstrom pore size.
