2-AP Labeling Kit
Part number: LT-KAP-A2 Applications
Profiling of complex oligosaccharide mixtures by:
- HPLC
- MALDI-MS
- Electrospray-tandem MS
Notes
2-AP-labeled glycans have been used in a number of studies including:
- Glycosylation analysis of recombinant glycoproteins from mammalian and insect cells [Takahashi et al (1998), Hsu et al (1997)]
- Glycoproteins from liver [Towatari et al (1998]
- Immmunoglobulins [Yamada (1997)].
Techniques suitable for analysis of 2-AP-labeled oligosaccharides include :
- Multi-dimensional HPLC [Takahashi et al (1998)]
- MALDI-MS [Okamoto (1997)]
- Electrospray-tandem mass spectrometry [Morelle et al (1998)]
